Quiet, wooded location is less than five minutes from downtown McCall shopping and dining and even closer to Payette Lake and Payette National Forest access. Nordic and downhill skiing and boarding are just minutes away.
Located on a forested hillside, this lovely and well maintained home accommodates up to 9 adventure weary guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The entry level has an entertainment and game lounge with a meltingly comfortable sectional. You’ll stay entertained with the in-home theatre quality HDTV, with BOSE surround sound, IPOD compatible, Apple TV, XBOX, and puzzles, board games and books galore. A foosball table in the bunk room makes it a perfect place for the kids to gather. There is a propane fireplace to “cozy up” around during the winter months or on those chilly summer mornings. There are two bunk sets with a twin over twin and twin over full size mattresses and a full size guest bathroom with a unique, 6’ soaking tub. Keep up to 8 pairs of boots and gloves warm and dry on the Cyclone, 16-peg dryer.
Upstairs you’ll experience an evergreen tree top view of the woods and filtered view of Rio Vista pond and Brundage Mountain. An open floor plan is designed to bring the outdoors in with picture windows and access to the main deck from the living area. The propane stove and stone hearth are the welcoming elements in this Craftsman décor influenced gathering space where you can relax or dine in comfort and ease while listening to your favorite music on the IPHONE compatible sound system.
The chef in your group will make the most of the fully equipped kitchen with gas range, workspace and counter seating for the “prep help” or additional dinner guests. Take the party outdoors and cook up something special on the gas grill. There is plenty of outdoor lounging furniture for your comfort. Open living space has cable, large screen TV with built-in DVD player.
A Master Suite with queen bed has an attached bath with walk in shower. There is a private and quiet, covered south facing lounging deck as well as access to the north facing, main deck. The queen, guest bedroom has a hallway access bath.
With lots of parking for your trailers with toys any time of year, you will also have access to a two car garage and single car port. The convenient “U” shaped driveway entrance is short but steep and we recommend all-wheel or 4-wheel drive during the winter months.

Your worry free, DoneRight Management Vacation Rental is equipped with linens, bath towels and essentials that include guest soaps, shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer as well as Kitchen essentials and towels. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills, and enough wood for fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, you can purchase wood at several local stores. Items available upon request include baby gates, booster seats and porta cribs.

All of our properties have 24 hour check-in via keyless entry or lock box. Upon confirmation of booking and return of signed, rental agreement your guest access codes will be sent to you via email one week prior to arrival.
