A locals favorite, Charlie’s Garden, is a just a short walk down Warren Wagon Rd. where the efforts of Idaho Master Gardeners and their knowledge of alpine horticulture is reflected in a peaceful and often whimsical garden.
Snowmobile enthusiasts can access Green Gate Snow Park just one mile away. Downtown McCall shopping and dining is less than 4 miles south. Park your toys trailer in the easy access, “U” shaped driveway, on the west side of this home adjacent to Warren Wagon Rd.
Accommodate up to 11 lake goers with 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a daylight basement bunk room and lounge. There is also a loft lounge with sofa sleeper. One private bedroom with queen bed is on the main level as well as a hall access bathroom with a large, shower for two. Upstairs are two private bedrooms, one with a queen and one will a full size bed. The basement has a twin over twin, memory foam bunk set and a memory foam cot.
Perfect for lounging or dining outdoors, spend some time on the east facing deck which has living room access. A dedicated deck can be accessed via the well equipped “cooks” kitchen that has everything you’ll need to craft culinary perfection including a large gas grill.

Also provided where required is propane for gas grills, and enough wood for fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, you can purchase wood at several local stores. Items available upon request include baby gates, booster seats and porta cribs.

All of our properties have 24 hour check-in via keyless entry or lock box. Upon confirmation of booking and return of signed, rental agreement your guest access codes will be sent to you via email one week prior to arrival.
