We have created a home designed for relaxation and refuge. Stunning designer elements throughout: new wool carpet, home furnishings, mattresses, artwork, lighting making your stay feel cozy and elevated.
Luxurious pillow-top king beds grace two bedrooms while the third bedroom houses two luxury pillow-top twin beds.
Kitchen is stocked will all you need for cooking/entertaining.
Being in Tahoe Donner allows access to all of it's amenities.
The living room/dining room makes a great space to gather as there is plenty of seating. Large flat screen TV, internet, cable, and Apple TV are additional amenities included in our condo stay.
Because I love to cook and entertain, our kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware and appliances needed for baking, cooking, beverages, and more. Second floor living allows for the feeling of seclusion and peace.
Down pillows and comforters along with 100% cotton linens allow for a comfortable night's sleep. Bathrooms stocked with plenty of plush cotton towels.
When the weather warms, there is a deck for barbecuing and al fresco dining. The back area opens up to green space for children to run and play as well as the ability to merge onto the Trout Creek Trail which will take you to the various Tahoe Donner recreation centers and restaurants.
Being in Tahoe Donner opens up your vacation possibilities to all the access privileges TD has to offer (tennis, golf, swimming, hot tub, biking, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding, hiking, fitness center, equestrian, Beach Club Marina use at Donner Lake). TD also offers three great restaurants from casual to fine dining. However, our condo is an easy 5-10 minute drive into downtown Truckee where you can dine at some of Lake Tahoe's finest establishments or enjoy some shopping.
We love coming to Truckee and enjoying our home and we hope you have the same experience too!

Being in Tahoe Donner not only allows you to use the public amenities but also allows guests to access the private amenities.
We have 2 guest passes for you to use (1 pass good for 4 people). Once you show passes at any of the facilities, you pay an $8 daily fee per person for the use of Northwoods Tennis Center and Kids Pool, Trout Club Recreation Center (sauna, hot tubs, pools, gym) and the Tahoe Donner Beach Club and Marina on Donner Lake.
- Due to being on the 2nd floor, please have a good watch on your small children
- No shoes to be worn in home
- Quiet hours after 10pm

CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 P.M. PST AND CHECKOUT is 11AM PST. NO Early Check-in or late checkout without previous arrangement with owner.
This is a NON SMOKING unit.
PETS are not permitted
DAMAGES - There will be no extra charges beyond the stated amount provided: No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. All Tahoe Donner guest passes are left in the unit and unit is left locked. No linens are lost or damaged. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement.
CARPET- We have newly installed wool carpet. We ask that you remove your shoes upon entering in order to keep the condo clean and nice for everyone’s use. If you happen to spill, there is a carpet cleaning kit under kitchen sink for you to use for clean up. DO NOT USE WATER TO CLEAN wool carpet.
PAYMENT – Please make payments via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or checking account through Airbnb.
STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. However, if the roads are CLOSED and you cannot make your reservation, we will give you another equal reservation for an available time of your choice. Note that the roads must be closed - chain requirements do not meet the requirements of this storm policy.
Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. If you are unable to leave due to being snowed-in, we will give you nightly rates at the low mid-week rate for that time of the season if no other renters have those dates reserved and are able to make it into town.
AMENITIES - Guest passes are included for the use of the Tahoe Donner amenities. Note that most of these amenities still require a fee to use. A day use fee of $8 per person covers entry into most the amenities (tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, private beach marina, sauna rooms, steam rooms, bocce ball, gym, snow tubing and sledding park.)
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. Any additional guests must be discussed with owner otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE –
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate.
RATE CHANGES – Future rates subject to change without notice.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. These are space #3 and the second garage closest to the road. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
LIVING ROOM GAS STOVE – The fireplace is a vented natural gas log fired gas stove. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the stove. This unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the
premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
ADDITIONAL: This unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
