Great location on Tybee at the corner of Butler and 12th St. Across the street from IGA grocery store and less than a block from the beach. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Free parking space in enclosed/gated carport.

Less than a block from the beach with free parking! The rental unit is on the ground floor and the upstairs portion is owner occupied. Guests have a private entrance through the screened porch and an additional entrance through the enclosed carport. The unit has two bedrooms, one bath and an open living & kitchen area. They will have access to a washer & dryer in the carport and use of one of the parking spaces.

Guests will have access to the down stairs/ground floor unit. There is a screened porch, living & kitchen area, master bedroom, bedroom, bathroom and carport with washer & dryer. Guests will have access to one of the carport spaces. The owner uses the other space for his personal vehicle.

I manage the property and live on Wilmington Island. I'm available via phone or email to answer any questions and assist with reservations. If needed, I'm a ten minute drive from the property.

Nice, little place close to the beach. Owners Stacey et al. were super nice and helpful. Bathroom is quite tiny, but lots of beds and nice spaces to accommodate a lot of guests. There is a lot of road noise in the master bedroom, so you might want to bring ear plugs. Kitchen was quite adequate, and the grocery store is so convenient! Right across the street. We made breakfast and ate on the patio both mornings. It was a nice way to start the day.

We had a wonderful time here. It was beautiful, spacious and clean. All the comforts of home were available upon check-in. The store is right across the street and the beach and local bars are within walking distance. Plan on coming back soon!

The unit shouldn't be billed as two rooms since both rooms adjoin and whoever stays in the road side room has to pass through whoever stays in the next room. So unless you're a young family or party all night types you won't realy get a private room. Using the whole house picture as a selling point is deceiving....use some way of expressing that it is just a small apartment on the bottom floor of the house. Also, state that renters do not have access to the patio and a grill…or even an area to grill. Just use the room photo.

Unfortunately, this guest didn't read our description or review our photos before making his reservation. He also had difficulty navigating the website and communicating via the message thread. Our description clearly states that our rental is on the ground floor and the upper portion is owner occupied. It also states that the back yard is private property. Our unit is in a perfect location on Tybee. It's centrally located and across the street from the only grocery store on the island. We also provide free parking, which is quite a commodity on Tybee. The unit has a private screened porch, washer & dryer and is less than a block from the beach. It's unfortunate to receive a less than stellar review, especially when the guest didn't take the time to review our description or mention the fact that he received a military discount and was granted an early check-in time. Quite disappointing.

Cortney's place on Tybee Island is so comfy and cute. Very clean and new-feeling, and the walk-through bedrooms (which are awesomely air conditioned) were great for our family of four with two little kids. It's a block from the beach and across the street from a grocery store. You can walk to Tybee Social Club (great restaurant) too. Loved staying here and would highly recommend!

My husband and I have lived in Savannah for 23 years and have two daughters. We moved to Savannah right after college and thought we'd stay for 5 years, but that plan quickly changed! We have thoroughly enjoyed all that Savannah has to offer. My husband's office is in the Historic District, so we enjoy meeting for lunch and walking around downtown, and our girls love shopping in City Market and on Broughton & River St. We live on Wilmington Island and enjoy boating on the inter coastal waterways - there is always something new to explore!
