Об этом жилье
We are a bright, cheerful, 4 bedroom apartment, located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We are steps from Central Park, and walking distance from great stores, restaurants, bars and areas of attractive. We are super close to the subway, as well as the bus. Our building is a walkup building, and we are on the top floor - but the exciting thing about that is we have our own private roof deck to enjoy. Each of the other 3 rooms have people living in them full time.
The room is very quiet. The window faces the front of the building, but the street is quiet. There is plenty of nice light! The room doesn't have a closet, but there is a closet in the common area that you are welcome to hang your clothes in. We also have a dresser.
You will have access to a shelf in the refrigerator if you need to store food. You also are welcome to use things in the kitchen, but we ask that you please clean up after yourself. You may use the dishwasher. You also may use the washer and dryer. We offer a laundry service, where we will wash, dry, fold, (and iron if you want) your clothes for an additional fee. ($25 for W/D, $10 additional for iron)
Общение с гостями
All of us are employed full time, so for the most part, the apartment is quiet during the day. However, if we are home, we are sociable and would love to have conversation (and maybe a drink) with you. One of us has lived in NYC for 12 years and can give you some great advice about the city.

Hi I'm Sara!
I've been living in NYC for 12 years now and on the Upper West Side for 8. I am originally from upstate New York a bit (Poughkeepsie).
I do a lot of things for work (hustle game is on fire!) but my full-time job is in academia. I am a martial artist, as well as an all-around physically active person. I love to cook, eat, be outdoors, socialize, and travel.
I've been staying at Airbnbs throughout the US for a while, and now my roommate Krista and I have decided to try our hand at hosting.
We are excited to meet new people from interesting locations (everywhere is "interesting" in it's own way) and we are happy to give you suggestions about visiting NYC. You will find us to be very pleasant, friendly, and chill hostesses. We do a fair bit of traveling ourselves, but we will be sure to coordinate it so that one of us is here for your stay. We also have another new roommate expected soon, more about her later when she moves in.
Everything happens for a reason! May your stay with us be fortuitous! :)
