The house counts with a porch and a terrace, both furnished. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfasts and summer dinners with sea views.
The living - dining room with sea views where you will enjoy resting moments watching TV or simply relaxing on the sofa admiring the views. The dining table has room for 6 people. The independent kitchen has a ceramic hob and all needed tools to cook delicious dishes. There are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The house has only one floor and there we find three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds and the last one a double bed; all of them with a closet. there are two bathrooms with a shower and one of the is an en-suite one. For the little guests , a cot and a high chair are also available. All rooms have central heating.
This cottage is in a quiet area, but the zone is nice for excursions, playing golf or enjoying the beach. The centre of Capdepera is characterized by cobbled streets, good restaurants and a medieval flair. The Castle of Capdepera is at the beginning of the town and has marvelous views to the coas. Nearby you'll find many nice beaches like Cala Agulla and Son Moll. Cala Torta, a small, natural beach is only accessible by car. The golf course of Capdepera is just 8 km.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
