Welcome to our cottage-esque home, your private bed and breakfast! You're welcome to kick back and relax in our secluded guest room - an entire portion of our home all to yourself! Or you can come and go as you please in the common areas, a spacious living room and eat-in kitchen. Take time to chill with some good drinks and music on our covered patio. Our location provides easy access to downtown Lewisville and to the major highways into Dallas itself.
This is our first home and it's a loving renovation. Originally built in the 1970s, we've removed the popcorn ceilings and repainted every room. We also re-stained cabinets, replaced doors, added counter-space and renovated the guest room and bathroom.
Guests will have access to a private bedroom and corresponding private bathroom across the hall in the rear of the house, which tends to feel like it's own little suite down the hall. Feel free to pop in and out of the kitchen, living room and backyard as little or as often as you please. The yard is large with a private, covered patio complete with a fan and speakers if you feel like relaxing outside with a cool breeze and some music.

You're welcome to interact with us (and our fur-babies) as much or as little as you like. We don't mind if you want your space - just tell us! Or if you'd rather get to know us, or if you'd just like some suggestions for things to do in the area, that's great too!
Другие важные подробности
We have two large, lovable dogs (pictures included), but we understand that some people may rather have a pet-free stay. That can be arranged! Just let us know your preferences before booking and we'll do our best to accommodate. For those with allergies, we do thoroughly clean before and after guests, so there should be very minimal irritants during your stay.
- Quiet Hours: If we're in bed, just keep noise to a minimum and we'll do the same.
My husband and I recently settled down in Lewisville, Texas after living in Arkansas and Missouri. We've traveled to many countries and our next trip is to Russia to visit family. We always look forward to meeting new people, seeing new sites, and soaking up local culture. I love reading and Slava loves to cook, so having a quiet place in a central location with all the amenities of home is important to us when we travel (as we're sure it is for you as well!). We're good, clean house guests who love animals (our dogs' names are Xena and Belka!). We know when to keep to ourselves and when to chit-chat; in other words - you won't know we're there unless you want to!
