We apologize for the delay with check in, it must have been a misunderstanding having to deal with heavy traffic and weather conditions on the day. As for the insects you mention we did not receive a single report during your stay otherwise we would have reacted immediately. Our reception and tech departments are available 24 hours
Saying that our other properties had the same issues without witnessing the same would be out of order. Once again we are truly sorry if your check in time was not as proposed but all your other implications, given the fact that we have a 24 hour service, would have been addressed immediately if reported
