Our newly renovated luxury house is nestled on a tree-lined, residential street between Central and Inman Squares. Enjoy your own private Bedroom and Bathroom. All of the furniture is from Crate & Barrel. Stay within a 2 minute walk from a variety of restaurants, nightlife, cafes, green spaces and eclectic shops. Harvard and MIT are 15 minute walk and Subway and bus options are right around the corner.
You will share the chef’s kitchen, living and dining area with other AirBNB Guests. We just did a complete renovation of this house. This means everything from the wiring and plumbing to the appliances are brand new. We built it for a luxury experience: heated bathroom floors, hard wood, Thermidor Appliances, Recessed Lighting all await your perfect stay. The common areas are cleaned daily and the house has all electronic locks so you don't have to worry about getting locked out. The room is garden-level and stays quite cool in the summer and there is heat that you can adjust in the winter. Coffee, shampoo and conditioner, snacks and seltzer water will be waiting for you. We have been AirBNB hosts since 2012 and want to make your stay hassle free and much more authentic then staying in a hotel.
In the bathroom you'll find heated floors shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, body wash and a set of towels.
In the bedroom you will find fresh sheets, a Boston guide book and a television with Netflix.
In the kitchen you will find, a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffees, seltzer water and snacks. If you want to cook we got you covered with olive oil, salt/pepper, pots and pans, utensil, cutting board, knives and a baking pan. We also have plates, glasses and mugs. You will have a microwave and dishwasher as well.
You can help yourself to everything in the kitchen and fridge. You are also welcome to grocery shop and cook. Please label your food with room name and date so that our cleaning crew knows what needs to be thrown away. If you use dishes please wash them and put them into the dishwasher.
Washer and dryer:
There is a washer and dryer located downstairs. It is the door with slats to your left on the bottom of the stairs. We keep detergent there for guest use. If there are things in the washer or dryer when you want to use them please put the washer stuff in the dryer and the dryer stuff in the laundry basket.
We have a cleaning crew that comes by every day between 11am-3pm. They will tidy up the common areas and take out the garbage in your room while you are there, as well as prepare rooms that have been checked out of for the next guest. So if you hear a knock on your door, it is probably them.
There will be a guest parking pass in your room. You can use this to park on the street in the neighborhood and there is typically a parking place super close by. The parking pass is available from check-in at 3:00pm.
You will have a private room and bathroom and access to a shared chef's kitchen and a spacious living and dining room with a TV.
There is a guest parking permit available in your room. You can put this on your dashboard and park on the street. There is usually street parking 50 yards from the house but every once in a while you may have to venture a little further.

Kristen and Paris have both lived in Cambridge for over a decade since graduating school (both went to Harvard, Kristen Undergrad and Paris Business and Government Masters Program ). They are both in the Healthcare Startup world working at Venture backed start ups that are improving peoples lives through the intersection of science and technology. We are laid back type A people. This mean we love to hang out and relax but we also love to keep an immaculate home and do just about everything with gusto! We are both outgoing extroverts and super friendly.
We both work pretty hard but during our free time we love to cycle around New England on our road bikes and cook amazing meals.
At our last place we had over 150 guests stay with us over 2 years and really enjoyed it. I think the guests enjoyed it too! Hope to meet you soon.
