A charming apartment in the heart of Trastevere. This recently renovated 18th century home comes with with Wi-Fi and AC, in a tranquil street of Trastevere, the neighbourhood coveted for its restaurants, bars and hidden treasures just waiting to be explored.
The vibrant neighbourhood of Trastevere is loved by locals and visitors alike. The colourful area is bursting with restaurants, quirky shops and a fantastic atmosphere. The snug one bedroom apartment is located in one of the characteristic cobblestone alleys right in the centre of the neighbourhood, but hidden enough to enjoy the calm of the residential street.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and the whole apartment has air-conditioning, assuring comfort also during the hot summer months. The bathroom opens both onto the bedroom as onto the corridor, making it ideal also for other guests to use. Right next to the bathroom there is the combined washer and dryer machine which guarantees that any late night incident with a wilful glass of vino remains but a memory.
The apartment is ideal for couples, but can accommodate up to four guests thanks to the spacious queen size sofa bed in the living room. The large living area is a bright open space with the kitchen, making for an ideal aperitivo and dinner location, without relegating ambitious chefs to hidden away hearths.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities such as gas stove and oven and kitchen utensils. The fresh and local produce is available a short walk away; on the lovely farmers market on Piazza San Cosimato.
The apartment will be entirely at your disposal, all amenities included. We provide a set of towels as well as courtesy toiletries for each guest and of course fresh and crisp bedsheets in order to render your stay as comfortable as possible.

We are pleased to help you in any possible way from booking your candlelight dinner to recommendign the most quirky and interesting sights in Rome. You will feel at home and enjoy the city like the Romans do!
You can get in touch with us anytime, we are happy to help!
We'd like our guests to be informed that since the 1st of January 2011 Rome City Council is asking for an overnight accommodation tax on tourist service in the city. This fee, 3.50 euros per night (10 nights maximum) per person (with the exception of children up to 10 years and in Rome residents), is not included in the total rate, and has to be paid cash upon arrival.
We are happy to meet for check-in and hand-over of keys at any hour of the day, however we kindly ask you to understand that we charge for late check-in. This fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival; €30 after 20:30 and €50 after 24.
WonderWhereToStay: tight knit team based in Rome who have made it our mission to provide our guests with the most charming, unique and cosy homes in Rome.
We are constantly looking for new ways of providing our services and sharing our love for Rome, the most recent of which is Wonder Where To Stay.
To us hosting is a way of letting the world come a little bit closer to Rome and vice versa, because living a city and experiencing its ways also means bringing something of your own into the colourful mix.
We live and love in Rome and know its every nook and cranny; inside knowledge we will gladly share once you arrive, to make sure you don't miss a single bit of all the wonders. Many of our recommendations will be regarding the food, which is (obviously) essential. We take this basic necessity very seriously and consider it one of the best ways to get to know a culture and its ways.
We are always available for any requests regarding Rome, individual interests and wishes, our apartments or something different entirely; we will do everything we can to make our guests wishes come true.
Naturally we don't live confined in an oil lamp, but enjoy a lovely home like anyone else, which is why we put great effort in making sure our apartments are always in tip top shape, the way we would expect them to be for ourselves and our family and friends.
