Yep, Mason Creek is a workin’ ranch and welcomes two legged and four legged guests on alpine acreage that fronts Boulder Creek. Anglers, don’t forget your poles (and licenses) – the fishin’ is good and you are just ten minutes from downtown McCall and Payette Lake. Equestrians, Hikers and Snowmobilers will love the direct back country access from this property.
Three level ranch house has south facing sun room with front porch access and sliding garden door entry into a large living space with a stone hearth and clean, propane fireplace. Sink into comfy, ranch size furnishings and put your feet up – you’ve got great views of the Payette National Forest through the large picture windows.
Ranch style kitchen is fully equipped with large, side by side fridge and includes a new, Thermador gas range with six burners and a flap jack griddle to keep the Bean Master happy.
Kick back on the porch in your own rocker (we’ve got several) and watch the beads in your beer rise. Hear the grass and trees wave in the breeze while the critters graze and red tail’s soar. There is nothin’ pressin’ to do and no one to interrupt you doin’ nothin’. Enjoy the fire pit out back and marvel at the Milky Way.
The main level is reserved for socializing, meal making and leisure time. There are two half baths on this level. Head downstairs for poker, pool, and ping pong in the large, basement game room. A 60” TV for your favorite sports, movie or Play Station 2 entertainment is at one end of this room and a few more TV’s too.
There are sleeping quarters for fourteen of your roundup crew. All beds are on the second and basement levels. Upstairs has a king sized master suite with an attached office and full size bath. Private balcony access too. An additional two private guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are also on this floor. There is a full size bath room with hallway access.
When the games are done and the tournaments won and you’re a bit wobbly on your feet you won’t have to travel far to bed down in any of the four, high quality memory foam sofa sleepers in this room. These are also a bath with shower. No need for a washtub and battlin’ stick. A full size laundry and utility room is on this level too.
Dogs welcome. We have two kennels and a washing station in the sun room. As cattle are on the property, please keep your curious pups under voice command at all times. Please remember that guests no not have access to fenced pasture. There is barbed wire and a Bull and that’s NO Bull! It is your responsibility to keep yourself, your children and dogs and horses safe.
Horses welcome, but no more than (4) please, and you’ll need to be aware of a few important “yay’s” and “neigh’s” such as:
You have back country access from the property. Let us know at the time of reservation if you’ll be bringing your horses so we can make arrangements to move cattle and realign access gates.
Horse feed requirement
The surrounding woods are USFS regulated with a USDA Weed Free Hay Ord(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). Only “Certified Weed Free Hay” may be used on the premises or in the back country. A receipt of purchase for certified hay must be provided at the time of reservation.
There are 4 pens, each with a watering tank and hose access.
There is plenty of horse trailer parking and the turnaround is accessible during the summer season.
The local Elk herd like to dine with horses so store your bales accordingly.
Please be respectful, there here is absolutely NO hunting on Mason Creek Ranch property.
This home has a two night minimum stay.
Some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Your worry free, DoneRight Management Vacation Rental is equipped with linens, bath towels and essentials that include guest soaps, shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer as well as Kitchen essentials and towels. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills, and enough wood for fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, you can purchase wood at several local stores. Items available upon request include baby gates, booster seats and porta cribs.
Make yourself at home but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have 24 hour check-in via keyless entry or lock box. Upon confirmation of booking and return of signed, rental agreement your guest access codes will be sent to you via email one week prior to arrival.
Please be aware of our 4pm Mtn. Time check-in and 11am Mtn. Time check-out to avoid additional fees.

In lieu of a security deposit, each DoneRight Management property charges a non-refundable, non- taxable Damage Waiver. The Damage Waiver associated with this property is $69 and will be charged by the property manager after you book through Airbnb and prior to forwarding your rental agreement.

An onsite ranch hand lives in apartment on the premises but does not share in guest amenities. He’s batchin’ it and works at the direction of the ranch boss only so don’t look blue at him.
We graze our cattle during the summer months and at the fall roundup, wranglers will be herding and moving mountain stock across the property. It’s fun to watch from the comfort of the porch or back deck.
