This spacious and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spa apartment is located within one of the very best beach front resorts in Palm Cove, and only approximately a 5 minute stroll to great restaurants and shops. Temple 313 is sure to create the perfect holiday, honeymoon or business trip. Great for couples, families or singles, no matter what the reason for your stay, you will be sure to enjoy and be very comfortable in this clean, beautiful holiday accommodation. It is located closest to the beach side where you often here the ocean behind the beautiful Melaleuca trees.

The resort itself (as the apartment is privately managed we cannot tell you its name though you can probably guess), has a peaceful modern Balinese theme throughout, making you wonder whether you unknowingly took a trip overseas.

The pools (and there are 3 of them) are the best at Palm Cove. An enormous lagoon pool spreads out in the centre of the resort. Complete with steps for those mobility impaired or for your young children and surrounded by sun lounges. A second large lap pool motivates those with fitness in mind. A third large pool located away from the other two pools is specific to young children, being shallow and featuring a waterfall where they can splash around for hours, whilst mum and dad enjoy that well deserved cocktail on the nearby sun lounges whilst keeping an eye on them.

Head to the resort gym after your morning coffee and work off the previous day's cocktails- or not!

A cafe/ bar next to the pools ensures you won't go hungry or thirsty and for a more formal dining experience try the beautiful restaurant located within the resort.

A trip to the resort day spa will soon have you floating above the clouds.

The beautiful palm fringed beach is only a 50 meter stroll. You can walk to the restaurants along the beach or you can walk via the road, either way you will reach them comfortably in minutes on foot.

The 3 bedrooms are good sized, with the master being extra spacious and featuring a King Bed, television, Foxtel and a large ensuite bathroom with super-sized spa bath and separate shower. Starter pack of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.

The 2nd bedroom features a large Queen Bed.

The 3rd bedroom offers a choice of either 2 King Single Beds or Jumbo King Bed and is ensuited with sink, shower and toilet.

The master and lounge room lead out to a balcony (via 2 separate sliding doors) which is great for little ones as it has shutters you can open or close.

An open plan spacious lounge,8 seater dining and modern well equipped kitchen provides plenty of comfort and convenience.

The modern kitchen comes complete with Nespresso Pod machine and a starter pack of pods provided. Also in the starter pack are dishwasher tabs, washing up detergent and laundry detergent and toilet paper to get you through the first day. From thereon you can easily restock what you need from the local shop which is a short stroll away.

The lounge room provides a comfy lounge and large screen television.

The apartment has lift access. Dont pay for parking as is often the case at other Palm Cove Resorts. Complimentary underground parking is provided.

If you need a fourth bedroom, we can offer you the spacious ensuited Studio 312 with large Queen Bed as well in a dual key rental (affordable fee applies for studio, please ask us when making the booking) This way you can easily accommodate 4 couples or larger families.

A port a cot and high chair are complimentary.

Palm Cove is located in Far North Queensland and is on the coast of Australia. It is guarded from the South Pacific Ocean by the Great Barrier Reef. Palm Cove is completely surrounded by the Daintree Tropical Rainforest and is close to Daintree National Park. Since Palm Cove is located in a tropical climate, the average summer temperature is between 24 and 33 degrees Celsius; average winter temperature is between 14 and 26 degrees Celsius. The pristine beaches and Palm tree lined paths are used by joggers, walkers and cyclists and netted life guard patrol swimming enclosures offer safe access to the sea all year round. The Palm cove jetty is one of the regions most popular fishing spots where anglers regularly catch species such as mackerel, Giant Trevally or "G.T's" and if you are really in luck Barramundi and Mangrove Jack.

Filled with rich, golden sand, Palm Cove Beach is the place to be while visiting this holiday destination. While the depth of the beach is short, the sands stretch a great length, which makes Palm Cove Beach the perfect location for a romantic sunrise or sunset stroll. Designated swimming areas allow those with children and novice swimmers to feel at ease, and outside the swimming area, the expansive surf provides an unbeatable surfing experience. Before you leave, pick a spot up on the shore under one of the many palm trees, and have a picnic. There are numerous restaurants and cafes around the beach, most of which provide fantastic takeout options. As you dine, you have breathtaking views over the ocean.

While this quiet beach town offers a relaxing setting, Palm Cove offers plenty to do. Do not forget to bring your fishing rod along when you head to the beach, as the town's jetty is nearby and offers a great fishing destination. Further out into the water, sea kayaking, sailing, cruising and deep-sea fishing are fun activities. If you like to play on land, try horseback riding, long walks, bird watching, golfing or playing tennis. There is even an activity for those that want a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: hot air balloon rides. Take in the lush landscape and the soothing blue water from high above as you partake in this safe and exhilarating way to see Palm Cove.

The Great Barrier Reef is located just a short boat ride off the coast of Palm Cove, and this means that all of the colourful wonder that lies just beneath the crystal-clear blue waters of the ocean are within your reach. Hire a boat tour to take your party out to the reef for the best experience. Many of the companies provide all of the snorkels, diving gear and water toys needed for fun on the reef. The small islands in the middle of the reef are a great place for families with small children to splash about, and with the high population of marine life, colourful fish and coral, there is always something to see, even from the shore.

Another great place for exploration, Daintree National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers an unforgettable outdoor experience. The flourishing rainforest that fills the park is a great environment for frogs, reptiles, birds, mammals and even bats and butterflies, which means there is always something to look at as you hike through. Various walking paths allow you to fully explore the rainforest, and there are tour guides available for hire.

SWIMMING POOLS
You are responsible for keeping your children safe in the swimming pool. Please supervise children at all times. If you notice pool latches failing or anything else considered unsafe please bring it to the attention of the Agent immediately who will then inform the property owner. Please ensure no chairs or sun lounges nor other climbable objects are kept near the pool fences and ensure the pool gates are closed at all times.
INKEEPERS ACT NOT APPLICABLE This agreement is made under special contract and the host does not provide accommodation to any and all comers and is accordingly not an innkeeper. It shall therefore be the guest’s responsibility to ensure that guests provide their own travel insurance, personal effects insurance and vehicle or watercraft insurance for any goods brought onto the property as the guests property is not covered by the property owner’s insurance policy.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY The guests understand that they are using the property at the sole risk and responsibility of the guest. The guest waives all rights and claims that the guest may have against the owner or agent concerning the fitness or use of the property and any damage or loss to any property or injury to any person. Rest assured that the owner will ensure the property is well maintained.
RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT NOT APPLICABLE: The Guest and the Owner acknowledge and agree that the Rental Agreement to which these conditions apply is bona fide entered into for the purposes of conferring on the Guest a right to occupy premises for a holiday within the meaning of Section 21 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1994 (“the Act”) and the parties to the Agreement confirm that the provisions of the Act shall not apply to the Rental Agreement notwithstanding the fact that the term entered into is not in excess of 6 weeks.
EXCESS CLEANING FEES
The guest is required to leave the property in a tidy condition needing standard departure clean by the cleaners upon departure only. Please remove all rubbish from the property to the kerbside bins. Please wash all dishes and empty dishwasher. Guests are NOT required to strip bed linen from beds. Please leave used towels in bathrooms. If the property is left in an excessively messy condition excess cleaning fees may apply.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY All information in respect of the Property contained in property’s promotional material is believed to be correct at the time of the printing, however all details contained in the material are subject to change without notice. The owner and agent will not accept any responsibility for any alterations to the Property or any part thereof beyond The Owner and agent’s control or any liability for any matter or occurrences beyond The Owner or agents reasonable control including damage caused by extreme weather conditions, break-down of appliances or motor vehicles, wiring, plumbing, invasion of pests.
AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY The short term accommodation contract between the Guest and The Agent is made on the understanding that the Property and its facilities as stated in the booking confirmation will be available as represented to the Guest. Should any events whatsoever arise rendering the property unavailable for holiday letting and/ or accommodation purposes (including change of ownership) or that prevent or render the Property uninhabitable (for example major maintenance need) then The Agent may have to cancel the Guest's booking for the Property. The Agent will refund all monies paid by the Guest in respect of the Property. Upon refund of the monies paid, the guest shall have no further claims whatsoever against the Agent or Property Owner. The agent and property owner do not accept liability if natural disasters affect the area preventing you to reach your accommodation or affecting the property, i.e. electricity outage, storm damage, and in these cases the guest agrees to use their travel insurance for compensation of monies paid.
USE OF PROPERTY FOR ACCOMMODATION PURPOSES ONLY - NO PARTY/NO FUNCTION POLICY: There is strictly a No Party/No Function Policy in the property, however guests are allowed to have a barbecue and small celebration in the property provided that only registered guests are attending. If unregistered guests are to attend any gatherings please inform the Agent for approval in writing. We highly encourage that guest/s will be responsible in limiting the noise so as to not create unnecessary disturbance within the neighbouring properties. Please no noise audible by neighbours between 10pm and 8am. Please note we do not allow any wedding related activity.
No more than 4 visitors may attend the house throughout the day in addition to the registered guests.
The use of the property for hens/bucks nights, wedding ceremonies/receptions, functions, parties, performances, photo/video/movie shoots etc., commercial activities or activities outside of the intended use of the property is prohibited and will result in eviction and charges to your bond. I acknowledge that the property is to be maintained as a smoke-free environment and should the guest smoke cigarettes, tobacco or any form of product inside the property a minimum of $200 bond charge will apply. I acknowledge that pets cannot be kept at the property.

Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing at time of making your reservation.
