The kitchen and living room with gas fireplace are also on the walk in level of the home. One level up is another bedroom, with a queen bed and full bathroom. Travel up just a few more steps and there are two more bedrooms, plus a small media room with futon, and another bathroom.

Parking area is very limited. It is best suited for two vehicles, could possibly fit in a third car if needed. There is an outdoor natural gas grill that is hooked right up to the gas of the house so no need to worry about running out of gas for the grill. There is a Keurig coffee maker so be sure to bring your favorite k-cups. Please bring your own beach towels as those are not provided.
