'Omah Boto': Javanese for 'Brick House'.
This place is a beautifully designed fusion of traditional javanese and balinese houses combined with tasteful functionality.
A single room house which hosts a handcrafted canopy bed, a loft bed, a large dining table with 8 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with hot water shower, a refridgerator and a washing machine. Backed by a patio facing the garden where you can find e.g. a couple of banana plants, a mango tree, a lime tree, frangipani trees, ylang ylang, jasmine, white champaka, lemongrass along with other tropical fauna.
The entire premise including garden of course.

Our place is the perfect starting point for all Indonesia travelers since we can help with getting accustomed to the ‘indonesian way of life’.
We are always around and can assist with our insider-knowledge so that nothing of which makes Solo worth a visit will be missed.
Where to get the best local food, find places worth visiting and how to know your way around, all that we can help out with.
We do our best to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible.

I live in this small village Jayan, just on the border to Solo City, since i was born. Now with Ramon, my german husband and our 3 small children. We love to live here in the tropics and try to make our lives as most comfortable as possible here. That is also one of the reasons why we are hosting, to help our guests discover the beautiful sides of the area we live in.
We love to explore the country we live in, well mostly so far that's restricted to Central Java. We then usually look for places in nature, without any crowds.
Good Food is another passion of us, luckily we can find quiete a satisfying choice of that here, the land really spoils us with fresh & healthy fruits, veggies and herbs/medicinal plants.
We like good music and books, no TV, that's why you won't find a TV in any of our rooms.
For those who might wonder: 'Why so cheap'? What's the catch?'
Well, there is no catch.
We are not in it to get rich. We just like doing what we do.
Hosting became sort of a passion for us.
As hosts we treat our guests the way we'd like to be hosted if we were guests.
Meeting people from all over the world is rather interesting.
We love to travel but since we can not travel much with our 3 small children we are pretty much fascinated by the idea of having the world come to us instead.
We hope to meet also you one fine day in this life.
If it's meant to be... ;)
