We are located in open countryside within the Salmonsbury ancient monument and adjoining Greystones nature reserve, (featured on BBC's Countryfile) minutes from the bustle of Bourton on the Water, the best of all worlds:
•A short walk into Bourton and all it offers such as the Motor Museum, Birdland, maze and the model village, plus a leisure centre with swimming pool
•Close to Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford, Cirencester, Daylesford and Bicester Village
•A wide range of great places to eat, from cosy cafes and characterful local pubs to Michelin starred restaurants
•Open beautiful countryside for walkers, cyclists or bird watchers
•A central location close to tourist attractions such as Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham, Westonbirt Arboretum, Adam Henson's Cotswold Farm Park or the Cotswold Wildlife Park
•Ideal for major events such as racing or the literary festival in Cheltenham and the International Air Tattoo at Fairford
An easy 5-10 minute stroll into the village with a good choice of pubs and restaurants and lots to do .
Walks of varying lengths from the doorstep ranging from a quick circuit around the nature reserve with dairy farm and its robotic milker and lakes to longer walks taking in country pubs for a leisurely lunch. But to get around the Cotswolds, its probably easiest to have a car.
Our dogs are very friendly and enjoy lots of attention!
