There are many people that live in this ancient building from many many years. The people are friendly and like to help each other.
I love the kitchen fireplace where sometimes in winter time I cook some good steak or fish and vegetables or walnu
The building is from 1900, the place, close to the center, is a multicultural area in Turin and there is not far from the main market on Turin (piazza della Repubblica) and the antiquities market, Balon.
The apartment is about 90m2 and is placed at the first floor with elevator.
There is 1 room available 15 m2 (Sage Room) but you can send me a message if you are interested in renting maybe also the lounge.
There is the Sage bedroom, about 15m2 with a sofa bed (30€/Night).
There is the Lounge, about 20m2 with a sofa bed for 2 (35€/Night).
My cat will receive you with all his purrs!
Livened up district, restaurants, typical market during the week end
You'll find lots of transports, streetcar, buses near the apartment (a hundred meters)
The flat is very close to the center: about 10 minutes walking.
Some things could be appeared unnecessary, I'm sorry if happens, but who knows?
I expect person that keep clean rooms and respect the elementary rules of behavior on an apartment with neighborhood (no noises after 11 O'clock) and to communicate to me every changes, like parents/friends that arrive for a while (date arrival/departure with some advance).
We can do party but only by previous communication to me and to neightborhood.
Off course avoid the waste of water (hot/cold) and electricity, by using the appliances if possible with full charge, and off course by asking to me how to use them at the best and everything else.
If it possible help me also with plants on balcony.
If it is possible, no smoking, if you cannot live without ( I stopped after 10 years..), please smoke in the balcony.
Please not speak to me about surf coaching.
