Nestled in the woods, bordering National Forest, this two-bedroom, 1.5-bath house is perfect for small families and groups. It has a spacious deck, an outdoor grill, and close proximity to numerous trails accessIng Jackson's beauty. If you have a larger group, you can also rent the basement apartment, adding two more bedrooms and a bath. You can rent the whole house for the winter at 3500 a month plus utilities.
The house can easily sleep four on beds, a queen and a full, one on a very comfortable couch, and has room for a couple of cots if needed. I have dogs, a cat, and horses on the property, and you are welcome to bring your dog with you. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen will welcome you, as will the deck with its grill and the hot tub outside (used at your own risk). Because of its open stairways, this house is not suitable for children under the age of five. The house is not baby proofed, so we have listed it as unsuitable for children two and under.
Large lawns, easy access to hiking trails. Washer & Dryer. Kennels are available for your dogs, and are required if you leave them at the house.

I live on the property, about 50 yards away from this. I have lived here for 50 years, so have lots of ideas for things for you to do. I am available to help you if needed. Periodic housekeeping is available for an additional charge.

The horse part of the property is off limits unless escorted by me. This is for the safety of you and the horses. A fence clearly separates this portion of the property. If you want to bring a horse, I can board it for a fee.
Please do the dishes. There is a dish washer. Garbage cans are outside if needed. Pets must be kenneled when left on the property. No dogs allowed on furniture store in the kennels are meant for the pets. Humans may use the couch.Please do not use good washcloths and towels as rags there are plenty in the kitchen.
