Two Bedroom one bath duplex merely steps away from world famous Motown Records Museum (Hitsville!).
A total renovation and move-in on the 50th Anniversary of the Detroit Riots. The symbolism of renewal here has not been lost on me.
Welcome to Motown Adjacent.
100% Non smoking home.
You must retain online Itinerary/house manual after booking is confirmed for check-in and experience details. This is a self service experience.
Your guestcount must be accurate and arranged in advance. No exceptions. We will terminate booking on sight and without refund for discrepancies above number of guests under contact and online booking.
If you are traveling alone or as a couple, the second bedroom is not to be used. This is a courtesy to my housekeepers. And you received a price break from guestcount surcharges, so please, adhere to this. We charge $28 per night for breach of this house rule.
We are generous with the towel sets we put out for guests. Do not pull any more from our supply closets. I will charge $10 for each additional towel you pull when breaching this house rule and common courtesy to my home managers. It really shouldn't even have to be mentioned, but it's a problem already among guests here.

Our approach and concept is simple - sharing affordable five star environments.
We happily offer Seattle, Palm Springs, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Detroit and Phuket/Thailand to you. My future homes will include Kauai and Miami. And yes, I am always available to consult others as to the management and maintenance of your own homes.
The schedule is ridiculous but whenever possible I am happy to sit down and talk, occasionally opening a bottle of wine when we do. Mostly, I am on the run throughout the world. Independent and busy people understand me best. This is why there is so much written detail about my homes and how to happily stay in them. I prefer guests who are of the world and who know how to travel in it - maturely, efficiently, without alot of fuss or hand holding...
Text or call my team (each manager is noted in your house manual - itinerary) for questions or emergency needs. We are always, always online!
