This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly apartment building with shared pool and direct access to the beach. The shared, 9m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m is open during the summer. Kids will enjoy the 6m2 sized childrens' pool with a depth of 0.6m.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a building with lift and features a nice, furnished terrace where you could have a drink before leaving for dinner. The coquettish interior includes a living-dining room with TV (local channels), a table with four chairs, fan and A/C. Besides, it has access to the terrace. There's a kitchen with vitro hob and a few cooking utensils. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, both with A/C and wardrobe. The room with double bed has additionally a bath en-suite with bathtub. There's a second shower bath available. If you come with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair. There's also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is close to the quiet and family-friendly beach and to all necessary services you may need during your stay. You can try our famous tapas in the center of the village or visit the Castle of Denia.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
