A very light and bright two level, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse with minimal furnishings. While we are doing small adjustments and repairs this Summer - it is available at special rates.
Most *work* is to be done in June, around [that is - in between] people visiting, not during their stays: adding shelves to bathrooms, replacing transition strip/threshold between kitchen and dining room, low VOC trim painting, some exterior painting...Everything will be fully functioning all the time.
The whole apartment.
We are serious about waste management: energy and recycling primarily - as one of essential points of our world view. Thus, we ask our guests to please turn the air conditioners off when away. It doesn't take long to cool the rooms.
If it matters to you to get to a chilled space, it is all right to give us [call/text] the return time from your daily activity and we'll have the units activated to make that possible. It is not about the cost, although that might also be a concern of a responsible traveler. It is a huge waste. We can reduce it only by becoming aware of our role in its creation.
We encourage you also to recycle [glass, plastic, paper, aluminum] as diligently as you can.
Please avoid placing wet towels on wood surfaces: they are not compatible and they even stain each other. Surfaces like metal [hooks, rods], plastic, even fabric [bedding] are good buddies to wet towels. Will be adding more hooks...
This list is developing as we go...

All Things Dwelling artist, an architect by training and a curious, seasoned wanderer myself, I quietly enjoy hosting other travelers. On the path.
Tolerance is the way. There are many good ways to it, luckily.
Originally from Europe but local to University City for more than twenty interesting years, coming and going and loving it throughout.
