Located just 5 km from the port and the town of Tinos, this 80 sqm house is ideal for a quiet family vacation.150m from a beautiful quiet sandy beach where you can find a café-restaurant that can be approached either by car or on foot. It has a big fully equipped kitchen and it is surrounded by a big nice garden for children to play in. The house provides a view of Mykonos,Delos and Syros.A car is necessary for your transportation to the beautiful beaches and the traditional villages of Tinos.

The property is 80 sqm.
It has two bedrooms and a large spacious area (living-room, dinning room and a fully equipted kitchen).
You can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening under the shade of a green pergola, in the front of the house, with a great view of the ocean and the islands of Syros, Delos and Mykonos.

The house is part of a group of 5 houses which are on private ground with a gate around it for extra security. Each house is completely independent and has its own entrance and axclusive yard. The gate works with a remote control which will be provided. In front of the house there is a private parking spot. Babycot is available upon request.

Please note that car rental is a must! The apartment are not reachable by public transportation. By car however it is just a 12 minute drive from the ferry. Another benefit of having a car is that it is great to discover the beautiful and unique villages spread throughout the island.
