DETAIL OF THE SPACE
Over 2000 sq ft of space in center city is very rare! Couples can feel they are living in a mansion; larger groups can have their own private spaces and not be in each others way.
Our building is over 100 years old and has 16' ceilings, chandeliers, tall french doors leading to balconies, patios and rooms. The formal living area and master suite are decorated in period pieces. The family room has a colonial decor with priceless textiles. On a whim, we decorated the den/bedroom with art deco pieces. And the loft bedroom was done in a modern, industrial style to suite our daughter's contemporary tastes.
In spite of its old world elegance and charm, we insisted on making it comfortable and not stuffy. Also, we incorporated every conceivable modern amenity: air conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, surround sound, etc.
Guests have key to building's front door. An elevator or stairs take you to the apartment. Guests may come and go as they wish.
Общение с гостями
Our agents, Roberto and Varme, will greet you upon arrival and be at your disposal throughout your stay. This apartment is not operated by an agency, so Roberto and Varme work only for us.

Please turn off air conditioners when you leave. You'll see they cool off the space with amazing speed when you return.

We're retired educators (Spanish Professor and High School English teacher) who visited Buenos Aires and fell in love with the city and decided to buy a retirement flat there. Were constantly amazed with the energy of the city and its vibrant cultural life. We consider it a "life-style" city--an ideal place to enjoy big-city activities, walk everywhere, stop at a cafe whenever you're tired and eat at fancy restaurants everyday. It helps that with dollars and euros, the city is VERY affordable.
