This beautiful villa with private pool, situated in Llubí, in the center-north of the island, offers a second home to 4 to 6 guests.


Our guests will love the private chlorine pool of 4m x 3.6 m and a depth of 1.6 m to 2 m. In exterior area you will find four hammocks next to the pool and an outside bathroom with shower. The furnished porch, in front of the house, is an idyllic place for making a barbecue or having a long breakfast. For those who do not want to give up the sport during their vacations, there is a basketball net. The owners have planted several fruit trees and the guests can taste figs, plums, cherries, pears or fresh persimmons. In the plot there is a pond with goldfish, carp and frogs.

Inside, the house offer a comfortable living room with open, fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramic. You can spend a relaxing afternoon, watching satellite TV or DTT or reading a book. This room is equipped with air conditioning. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

Ideal for six guests, there is one bedroom with double bed, another one with a bunk bed, both with air conditioning, and a third bedroom with double bed and no air conditioning. If traveling with a child, we can provide a cot and a highchair. There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and bidet and another one with shower.

This beautiful estate is located in Llubí, a small town surrounded by countryside and 25 minutes drive from the northern coast with wonderful beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Son Serra de Marina. In Ses Casetes des Capellans (Can Picafort), there is fine sand beach with two very good restaurants right on the sand. During the summer, occasionally they organize parties in the evening with very good music. In addition, both establishments are famous for good food, especially paella. In the center of Llubí is a small grocery store and some bars.

In Sa Pobla and Inca you will find big supermarkets, restaurants and shops, and everything you might need for an independent stay. Every Wednesday in Sineu takes place the oldest local market of the island. After a walk through the colorful market stalls and buy fresh fruit from the region, you can eat in one of the cellars. These restaurants serve typical Mallorcan, tasty and homemade food.
