Welcome to this beautiful villa in Montuïri. It accommodates 8 people.
The exterior areas are very nice. It has a chlorine pool of 10 x 5m with a depth ranging from 0.8 to 1.9m and magnificent views, chill out, gardens, a fully equipped porch, two furnished terraces, an old windmill tower, and a barbecue.
The hose of 200m2 is distributed over three floors. It has four bedrooms, three are air conditioned and are located on the 1st floor; two of them with double bed and one with twin beds. The fourth room on the first storey comes with two twin beds and has no air conditioning. There are two bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub on the 1st floor. One cot cot and a highchair are available on request.
The cozy living room is furnished with two sofas, a Sat TV, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. There is another louge, equipped with a typical Mallorcan sofa, a table with chairs and air conditioning. The independent kitchen with vitro stove, has al the necessar cooking utensils, and there is a fireplace. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also avialable. There is oil central heating throughout the whole house. Furthermore, there's an exterior shower bathroom, ideal for a shower after swimming in the pool.
The house is located in Montuïri, in a privileged rural setting. It has vey good communication by road with many attractions and entertainment, and the nearest beaches. The house is located just 1.7 km from the village, where you will find everything you might need during your stay.
Visit the Museum of Son Fornés in Montuïri where you will find pottery, ancient bone and stone tools, and bronze megalithic stage. The museum is in the Molino des Faret (flour mill from eighteenth century). You can also visit the deposit of Son Fornés in Montuïri and Sant Miquel Puig of 259 m; At the top you can find an oratory called "Mare de Deu de la Bona Pau". In only 27 km you can reach the nearest beach of Sa Rapita, and many more beaches in the same area.
NOTE: This rental can not accept customers under 23 years, except in when traveling with their parents. We need copies of the ID/passports of each person to accept the booking.
