Welcome to this attractive villa on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. It accommodates 6 people + 2 extras.
The exteriors of the house are beautiful. You will enjoy the extensive gardens, a wonderful chlorine swimming pool of 11 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 0.4 to 2 m, a large terrace and a fully equipped veranda with magnificent views of the cost. There is also a barbecue, if you love to organize an open air meals, during the pelasant summer evenings.
The house of 290 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; two with two single beds each and one with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. One cot and a highchair are available on request. The extra two places can be accommodated in a sofa bed. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is one more bathroom with shower.
The living room is very cozy and well equipped. It features one comfortable sofa, armchairs, a TV-Sat, a large dinning table with chairs and a fireplace. The independent kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also avialable. There is gas central heating in the whole house.
The house is situated only 2.5 km from Son Servera, where you will find everything you may need during your stay.
In only 1.8 km you can reach Cala Millor, a seaside tourist center, where you can find a variety of entertainment and different beaches and coves, as Sant Llorenc Beach, Cala Bona and many more. In the different bays of the area, you will find tourist boats that take you to visit the entire east side of the island.
Do not miss the visit to "Caves of Drach", located in Portocristo, which are a set of four caves connected to each other, formed by the action of the water entering the Mediterranean Sea. It hosts a large underground lake called Lake Martel (Llac Martel), about 115 m long and 30 m wide. There are offered daily concerts of classical music. You are invited to cross the lake by boat at the end of the concert.
NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
