Set in the quiet town of Búger, in the center-north of Mallorca, this town house with private pool offers a second home to 4 people.
Take a refreshing exterior shower or a nap in the private, 4m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2m. Both the terrace and the porch are just perfect for a barbecue, have a drink underneath the tree or get tanned on one of the three loungers. The pool and the terrace are on the ground floor. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around.
The sitting-dining room with satellite-TV, the fully equipped ktichen with gas hob, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two baths with bathtub and bidet are on the first floor. All bedrooms come with A/C and two of them have acess to a balcony. A cot and a high chair are available on request. On the second floor there's only a terrace. The house offers a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. Two fans and two electric radiators complete the equipment.
The small and genuine town of Búger is a 20 minutes' drive from the north coast and beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort. In general, the northern beaches are fine grained and are good for water sports. Some coastal towns have also a big offer regarding nightlife, shops, restaurants and activities for children. In Búger you will find a grocery shop and a few local restaurants. More services and big supermarkets can be found in Sa Pobla. A car is necessary.
