Our comfortable apartment is conveniently located near Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, the library, and only a few minute from all major shopping centers in Fairbanks. We have a fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone is welcome here, we love to have guests of all ethnicities and countries stay with us.
This is my sisters home and things like the solid oak dining room table have been in our family for over 40 years. The space is old but it has been a comfortable place for my sister over the years. She is now helping teach at a school in a developing nation which allows her to list the apartment while she is away. It has room for a couple or a couple and another guest, at 900 sq.ft. there is a lot more breathing room than a hotel.
The townhouse is all yours to use except for the hall closet, the closet under the stairs, and the shed out back. Please feel free to read the books on the shelves and use any of the household kitchen utensils you need. Make yourself at home, my sister would not want it any other way.

I often have to work out of town so I may not be available to meet in person but I always keep my phone and internet handy if you need me. I have friends and family who live in Fairbanks so I can get help if there is a need.
Другие важные подробности
I want everyone to know that this is a 1950's apartment. It's old but it has served my sister well over the years. Please understand that windows are not new and opening and closing them is not as easy as the new kind. We put new laminate floors downstairs in the living room and bought new sheets, linens, towels, etc for your use. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the unit (did that after the pictures were taken).
Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep it quiet from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please leave your shoes in the arctic entry. Please wash your own dishes and put them away before you checkout.

Fairbanksan by birth, world traveler by choice. I love sharing the best my home town has to offer with guests. Please do not hesitate to ask me anything about the Golden Heart City. I'm what my parents call a people person. I enjoy meeting people and learning their stories. My occupation is primarily in the construction industry, however I have been involved in a few other trades over the years. Fun fact about me: 1. I've been to all 50 states. 2. I've been to over 40 countries. 3. I used to have a pet monkey when I lived on a little island in the Philippines.
I want every guest to feel welcome, I did everything I could to make their stay the best I could, and they received an excellent value for their money. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make it a great stay in my hometown.
