This upgraded 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is very clean and cozy and features rustic, mountain themed decor. The condo building is located in a beautiful wooded setting with Teton Creek running just outside of the buildings. Despite the feeling of seclusion and being surrounded by nature, the condo is a convenient 5 minute drive to the town of Driggs. Grand Targhee Ski Area is less than a 15 minute drive on a good day. Grand Teton and Yellowstone Parks are 60 and 90 minutes away respectively!
The condo is beautifully decorated with a rustic mountain theme. A propane fireplace adds ambience and warmth. The kitchen is very well equipped for all your cooking needs and the beds are cozy and comfortable. Enjoy the views and serenity on the deck that is just off of the living area.
You will be able to use the entire condo exclusive of locked owners closet.
Blackfoot #323, Teton Creek Resort, Driggs, ID 83422
The rental unit is legally described as Unit #323 in Blackfoot Building #4 of Creekside Condominiums, in Lodge Unit Lot 7 of Teton Creek Resort PUD, Teton County, Idaho. The owners of the Unit are Peter and Andrea Grell and the property manager is 325 Blackfoot LLC, operated by Karin Wertheim.
All cancellations must be done by e-mail through the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) platform. Cancellations for any reason received from time of booking up to arrival will receive a 50% refund exclusive of fees. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival forfeit the full amount of the reservation.
GUEST RENTAL INFORMATION: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
A $250 Refundable Damage Deposit is due at the time of your reservation. If it is determined that damage has occurred, the amount necessary to repair or replace damaged or missing items will be deducted from the damage deposit. There is a $30 fee for lost keys.
There will be a $50.00 per person charge if it is determined that there were more people occupying the unit than allowed. This rental a maximum of 6 adult guests + 2 children. We ask that you leave the cabin/condo in good clean condition (run dishwasher, take trash out and replace furniture to its original position). There are no refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Check in time is 3:00 pm. Adherence to Rules and Regulations of Teton Creek Resort is required. A copy of these rules is provided in the rental unit.
Waiver of Liability And Hold Harmless Agreement.
1. In consideration for receiving permission to rent, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE 325 Blackfoot LLC, Karin Wertheim, and Andrea and Peter Grell from any and all liability, claims, demand, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any of the property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while in, on or upon the premises where the use is being conducted.
2. I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in renting, whether caused by negligence of releasees or otherwise.
3. It is my express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family, spouse, and my guests. I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho.
4. IN SIGNING THIS RELEASE, (or if reserving online by checking on the I agree box) I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
