From the moment you step foot in the door you're greeted with that "home feeling", the comfort that you just can't get in a hotel or a small rental. This massive home has been professionally decorated and furnished to the highest standards. Originally built as a live performance theater at the turn of the century, this is the famous Park Wild Theater house that is finally on the market and able to rent! The history and character of this beautiful house are restored to really make this the most unique rental in Omaha, even though 3,000sqft of living space makes it one of Omaha's largest. The property is in a great neighborhood just across the street from the tranquil Dahlman Park. This home has ample room and is an amazing space for couples, families, wedding parties, reunions, corporate, or large groups to have an incredible experience. It is the biggest house you will find for rent in Omaha that’s within 20 minutes of the Old Market, and one of the few in the entire city that actually has 6 bedroom (not just beds; 6 actual private bedrooms). The house sleeps up to 20 within the many different areas and levels of the house.
In addition to the 3,000 sqft home, you also have a large clean 2-car garage and driveway for additional parking. The house itself features 6 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Walking in the front door you enter the brand new kitchen, built for entertaining with its open floorplan, large countertops, and brand new stainless-steel appliances. Just beyond the kitchen is the formal dining room. The formal dining room seats 10 with the extension added to the dining room table. Other kitchen tables are available in the house to accommodate larger dinners. To the right is the start of the living rooms. There are 3 portions, one a lower level and the top level as well as a study. One of the living rooms is complete with a fireplace at the north end of the room. Also on this main floor are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate laundry room, and access to the basement which holds the washer/dryer.
On the second floor it opens to a loft, giving the entire house a large open feel. The 2nd floor holds 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a balcony that overlooks Little Italy and the beautiful river and Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge.
Everything is mostly new and there are no personal items in the house, the home is completely yours to enjoy :)

The whole house, garage, and yards are yours and yours alone. Plenty of space! We provide wi-fi internet connection. Electronics include TV with a Blueray player.

This is a wonderful home for a large group and is managed very professionally. The location and size cannot be beat! It is as close to downtown as you can get, but still is in a historic neighborhood.
This reservation includes all taxes and fees, including Nebraska’s state tax and lodging tax, so nothing will be added to the cost of the reservation. You aren’t charged an additional cleaning fee either.
Most importantly, with this rental, you stay will be flawless since any of your requests are covered by either a Property Manager, a local Travel Agency, or Nebraska Tour Company. If there is something you’d like upon request, like groceries or an order of Omaha Steaks ready for your arrival, just ask! Want a private chef, daily housekeeping, private tour of Omaha, dry-cleaning delivered, turn-down service or an in room massage? Just ask, any request can be catered to.
- -No smoking or unapproved pets in or around the house. You can smoke outside whatever you want on any of the porches and balconies, but STRICTLY no smoking allowed in the house.
- -Upon checkout, the house must be left as clean as when you arrived.
--Ensure lights, grill, electronics and stove/oven are off and lock all windows and doors behind you.
- - We live in residential neighborhoods and it's VERY important to us that you're respectful of our neighbors. Guests MUST observe outdoor quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. We are very strict about this.
- -Only park in the designated parking spots or in the garage. DO NOT block the alley since the alley is the only way some of our neighbors can get into their home.
--This house is NOT to be used for bachelor or bachelorette parties or other loud parties, no exceptions
--Any damage to an item or the home is to be reported to the Property Manager Jamie immediately via call or text: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
--If you use the grill, please turn it OFF after you're finished
--Before going to bed or leaving the house, cover the grill and put any lawn games/lawn chairs under the cover (next to the grill)
