Our goal is provide a good experience to our guests. So far, we have done many good things and we're trying to improve others thanks to the guests feedback. We understand your frustration, but we didn't know our AC units wasn't working well. That situation could be fixable immediately. You checked in on Friday and you didn't communicate the issue until Sunday at 1 am. Almost 2 days after you checked in. At that time of the day, is extremely difficult to change an AC unit. If you would communicate the inconvenience that same day you checked in, or on Saturday morning, we would fixed the AC issue right away. We only have to change them or set more AC units. It's an one hour fix.
We're sorry that you have that impression of the cleanliness, but we are very careful about it and we haven't had any complain for that. The mold in the bathroom was a spot in one tile at the cealing and we have replaced it.
