You can use whole house privately! This house is renovated in July 2017. All facilities are new (including wall, floor, kitchen, bath, toilet etc.)
It's convenient to access to public transportations, it's only 3 mins walk away from Tofukuji Station.
Tofukuji Station is next stop to Kyoto Station. (3 mins ride)

This house is located in front of railway. You may feel bothered by train noise.
Pocket wifi are available for free as an extra perk. Please be aware that their speed may depend on the weather conditions, crowded communication line in Kyoto etc. that can affect the network here in some places. If the signal is weak, please try placing it near a window and reboot it.
