Sorry you didn't like the room, you are the first person that didn't. Maybe you don't stay in many Air BnBs, but the whole point is that you are staying in someone's house, therefore the rooms are not completely sparse as in a hotel. The room is not cluttered, unless you consider books on a shelf clutter, which I don't. As for the Wifi, it was an oversight on my part not to leave the code. Why didn't you alert me straight away through the app that it wasn't there? I could have sent you the pass code straight away. One bathroom shared between four people is not really like a hostel, there are two toilets. I think you will find that any flat in London is not going to be completely insulated for sound. Maybe book a hotel next time.
