The Springwater Retreat is set back from a quiet street 8 blocks from the Springwater Corridor, a popular biking and walking trail that lies along the Portland/Milwaukee border. It is a comfortable and fully outfitted 2 bedroom 1 bath home with an ideal floor plan for families and pets, with direct, fully-fenced back yard access and visiblity from the kitchen and dining area.
This home is a real treasure, and we are thrilled to offer it to the AirBnB community. The gorgeous yard is filled with fruit trees, including pear, apple, cherry, persimmon, and more.
Guests will have access to the house and the back yard with grill and outdoor table. The single story house is a duplex with the second home in the back and a single shared wall along the bedroom walls.

We like to let our guests choose their degree of privacy. A friendly family lives in the other half of the duplex and helps to maintain the property, and I am quick to respond to text messages and phone calls.
Другие важные подробности
We treasure our home, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to share it with the AirBnB community. We ask that our guests treat the place as well as they would treat their own homes.
- The top bunk is not to be used by children under 6 or very active children. We ask families with younger children to remove and store the ladder to prevent climbing.
- Please clean up after your dog - in the yard and during neighborhood walks. We provide a towel just for your pup, and we ask you to wipe paws before entering. We can not accommodate cats at this time.
- Smoking outside only with all doors and windows closed, and remains must be disposed of directly in the outdoor trash can.
- We provide a grill for your pleasure, but please clean it after use.

We have been in the region for decades and can answer any questions you may have or suggest fun activities in Seattle, Portland, and the Puget Sound.
We spend our spare time raising an amazing family, making and appreciating arts and crafts, and roaming the Puget Sound region with our kiddos.
