A completely private, exquisite 3 bedroom home, with gated drivewayfeature and carport, high above the beaches of the Whale's Tail. Gorgeous pool and terraces, gourmet kitchen, al fresco dining, huge bathrooms. Minutes to activities, great restaurants and the beaches of Southern Costa Rica. We invite our guests to enjoy our wonderful home.
The Casa is located nearly 900 feet above the Playa Ventanas beach and benefits from constant breezes. We overlook the famous Whale's Tail and are minutes from the best restaurants in Ojochal - French, Indonesian, Japanese, Italian and Tico.
There are fluffy towels for use in the private pool. Because the house is located at the top of the mountain, the grounds are completely private. There are dozens of flowering trees and bushes which play host to hummingbirds, Blue Morpho butterflies, parrots and monkeys.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of meals to be enjoyed on the terrace while watching the sun set over the Pacific.
Three bedrooms feature Egyptian Cotton linens, high quality towels, large closets and tiled walk-in showers. There is also an outdoor shower at the pool.
We provide complimentary Wi-Fi and have CDs, DVDs, books, cards and games to enjoy on the terrance or the living room.
The entire home is open for your use and there is a covered carport. The grounds have an electric gate and fence to control access to the property.
There is a seasonal stream and waterfalls for exploring and trails just outside the property than crisscross the area.
