There was good wifi, refrigerator space, and was a great location for downtown Salt Lake City.
HOWEVER she told some guy (her friend) he could stay the night here. She did not tell us this, so it was scary to me when these young adults started banging on the door at 11pm at night. (After they entered the wrong code 5 times and it kept beeping at them.) we are right by the front door. We had to let them in, and after the group left, find a place for her friend to sleep. And since all the rooms are taken by other airbnb guests, we had to let this stranger sleep right outside our curtain door. If we had other options to sleep somewhere else we would have. (But it was late at night and couldn't get another airbnb last minute, and couldn't afford a motel.) I was very uncomfortable with that situation and felt unsafe. She didn't care or think it was a big deal. The host didn't even respond til the next day!!
She didn't mention her cat or that she uses this room for her computer when you're not there. (And will leave the curtain open when you left it closed.) Its half a living room by the way, she didnt mention that either beforehand).
The drain in the shower is very slow so I had to shower with someone else's shower water at my feet.
We were charged $40 the day we left, and she doesn't even know why!!?
There were flies in our room, and sometimes we would come back and smell cat poop or something. The pipes sticking out of the bathroom ceiling that leaked sometimes made me wonder if this house was safe.
For me, it was hard to get comfortable here.
Overall if you could find a different place to stay, I would.
