Marvelous house in the outskirts of Bunyola, just perfect for families and friends seeking privacy and tranquillity.
The well-kept exteriors feature a private, 11m x 4m chlorine pool with a max. depth of 1.6m. To protect our smallest guests, the pool has a fence. An exterior shower is ideal for refreshing yourself after basking in the sun on one of four loungers. Enjoy convivial evenings with your loved ones on the porch, making a barbecue, sharing laughs and talks. There are some neighbors around the house.
Entering the house, you'll be in the nicely furnished living-dining room with TV (only Spanish channels), A/C and some books. The kitchen with vitro hob is well equipped so you will be able to prepare your favorite meals. The laundry is on the terrace, including a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house counts with four bedrooms, all set on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms with two single beds and two with a double bed each. All bedrooms come with A/C, central heating, closet and two rooms have a bath en-suite with bathtub. Additionally, there's another bathroom with bathtub.
Bunyola is a romantic town in the Tramuntana Mountains with all necessary services for an independent holiday. The area is just perfect for hiking and cycling and there are precious landscapes and small towns like Orient where you can hike to the waterfalls Salt d'es Freu. As Bunyola is in the Mountains, the beaches are mostly gravel or stone beaches with crystal clear water and small harbors, like Port de Valldemossa. The next sand beach is in Port de Sóller, 16 km away.
