Located on the fourth floor of a secure building this apartment is just a few moments walk from the High Street ferry wharf, on a direct route to Circular Quay, it's easy to get into the heart of the city to explore Sydney further. Trains are available at Circular Quay also if you want to travel further afield but Milsons Point and North Sydney stations are within ten minutes walk too.
The kitchen is well equipped for anyone wishing to cook up a storm during their stay. If you need to do any laundry during your stay there is a laundry room within the building with many large coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
The apartment is not suited to families with children under 5 but young, sensible children over that age should be fine. This is a no smoking apartment. The apartment has one allocated parking space for your exclusive use; it is a large space but accessed by a slightly narrow ramp so best for smaller cars and/or confident drivers.
The apartment is provided on the basis that up to two guests are sharing the main bed. If use of the sofa bed is required, please book for 3+ people.
Guests have full use of the apartment to make themselves at home. You will of course have your own keys to come and go as you please.

Bookings for Christmas or New Year's Eve require a minimum 7 night stay. If both are included in the stay we require a minimum 14 night stay.
All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and a full instruction manual so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. The manual also contains many menus from local restaurants to give you some idea of what is available nearby and also information on tourist activities available in Sydney. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Sydney for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.
We try to meet all guests on arrival in person so a time will be arranged in advance of your arrival which will also be confirmed in the day once you know your plans. On arrival we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.
Please note as we continue to improve the property over time the furniture and furnishings may change from those shown in the photos.
This is a quiet building and we expect all guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the external rubbish area when they leave.
If you require use of the sofabed for your stay please book for 3 or 4 people to ensure the small additional cost for the bedding is included in your booking. Occupancy of one or two people is understood to just use the bedroom.
For bookings over either Christmas or New Year's Eve we require a minimum 7 night booking. If both are to be included in the stay a 14 night minimum applies.
On arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information about the Security Deposit for damage and breakages held by Airbnb for your stay.
