We are very sorry that despite the beauty of the house and the pool and despite our continuous availability, always underlined by all our guests, the problems of wifi in one part of the property have created a reaction so resentful.
We immediately called the Linken technicians when our guests told us the irregular functioning of the wi-fi service. The technicians assured us, with objective measurements, that the service still worked in one area of the property and we immediately communicated it to our guests. To completely restore the service it was necessary to change an antenna that was deteriorated due to a severe storm. These are drawbacks that can occur and certainly do not depend on the host. We also regret that the Linken technicians do not speak English. We will try to report it to the company.
I may also add that our absence from the place was requested by the guests, who wanted the solely use of the house and of the pool. So it was obviously not a form of carelessness. We respect our guests and their requests, behaving accordingly.
