Again, apologies for the inconvenience with the water heater - unfortunately on your last day the heating element stopped working altogether - we have now replaced it with a completely new heater. Thank goodness it held out until your last day, as it took 3 days to get the new one here!
Thank you for mentioning that we came out straight away to sort it out - we always do our best to attend to any issues as soon as possible.
