Quiet Serviced Apartment in center Hanoi (Doi Can str) closes Lotte centra, a beautiful and historic street in the central district of Ba Dinh. The serviced apartments are ideal for working and living in Hanoi – the capital of Vietnam. Leafy, green, and home to many of Hanoi’s embassies, shops, and restaurants.

I'm Nam. I'm 36 year old. I'm living in Hanoi, Vietnam (Hanoian). I have worked for 8 years as Real Estate Agency and I'm owner of 10 one bedroom apartments in Ba Dinh district and 10 apartments in Cau Giay district, Hanoi also. I have the good relationship with all the hotel owners an serviced apartment owners. That is why I can offer not only the best local knowledge but the best rates also.
I hope that you guys have a great time here in Hanoi!
TOP THINGS TO DO IN HANOI
* Old Quarter
The Old Quarter of Hanoi has something for most travelers. A great place to wander around and absorb the colors, sounds and smells of the area while either shopping or enjoying some of the outstanding cuisines found in the streets. The traffic in Hanoi and specifically the old quarter is hectic and one needs to be careful while crossing the streets. A local who saw us struggling to cross a road advised that the best way is to just walk but keep a steady pace and the traffic will go round you. It seemed to work ! The area around Hoam Kiem lake has some good restaurants and great views if you visit the City View Cafe Building. As in any city there are always the scams and one to watch out for here is the recycled draft beer at the Bia Hoi Cafes. Some establishments will pour all left overs through a sieve to take out any "extras" and then resell the beer as cheap draft. Rather stick to bottled beer. Know the exchange rate when converting and count your money in front of the teller before leaving. Rather use a bank and not the side street vendors. Wonderful mixture of 2000 years of architecture and history with many different nations having occupied this City over time. Great for photography
