This ground floor apartment boasts a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area. At the centre of this space is the kitchen, well equipped with a gas hob, integrated fridge freezer and electric ovens. The large central island provides plenty of surface space and acts as a breakfast bar seating 2 people. At one of end the kitchen island is a comfortable sitting area and the other end features a dining table seating up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has access to an ensuite with a combined bath and shower.
The second bedroom features a large sofa which can be converted into a double sofa bed for two extra guests. This bedroom also features fitted wardrobes for storage. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower and single washbasin.
This property features two outdoor spaces, one at the back of the property and one at the front. Here you can sit back and relax during the summer months!

- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties

- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
