Spacious and beautiful completely remodeled 2nd floor condo in Madeira Beach Yacht Club in Madeira Beach. All new tile throughout this 2 bedroom 1 bath Jack and Jill bathroom, all new furniture, new kitchen and baths with granite counter tops, new ceilings, and paint. The renovation of the condo was just completed in October 2016. Now with 3 flat screen TVs, expanded cable service, free North American long distance calls, parking and free wireless internet access! ***7 day minimum stay. Saturday to Saturday during peak season 3 day advance notice to book due to condominium association guidelines.***

This condo is a great place for a relaxing getaway and will sleep up to 4 people with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. You will enjoy the balcony where you can grill your dinner on the electric grill and soak up the beautiful weather.

Hi Andrea: After reviewing our phone conversations and the steps made to solve the A/C not cooling upon arrival we feel we did everything humanly possible in a timely manner. When you arrived you called me at our office and said there was no water in the unit and I joked with you that I hoped they had paid the water bill and then explained that when a unit is going to be vacant for more than two weeks the water is required to be shut off because if there is water leak there would be no one in the unit to alert someone and could cause damage to the unit and the unit below. Per our conversation I walked you through how to turn the water in the unit back on and it took approximately 48 seconds as it was two valves above the water heater and I said I was sorry for the inconvenience. You then told me the air did not seem to be cooling and I asked you you to turn the thermostat to 73 and call me back in 20 to 30 minutes if the A/C was still not cooling. Upon your second call when you said it was still not working I then called the A/C repair people and came from my office to see if it was a bad thermostat or a battery in the thermostat which it took me 15 minutes to arrive and upon arrival found the thermostat on 55 degrees. While still there my A/C man arrived and explained that nothing could be done until the unit had time to thaw as it had froze up and had two inches of ice on the lines. At the time when I was outside with the A/C man you had come down from the unit and were going to the pool and I explained that the A/C could not be fixed until it was thawed and you asked if there was another unit you could be moved to and I said yes but I would need to go back to the office and secure another property and would get back to you asap. While securing another property you called me and I told you I had a unit to move you to for the night until the A/C was fixed and I would be over to have you follow me to the unit. Upon arrival I pulled up and you were coming from the pool area which was a relief as you had not been in the unit with without A/C while I was getting the other unit. You then followed me over to the other property (3 minutes) and I opened the condo and had you inspect and approve that it would suffice for the night, you approved and I asked if you needed sleeper sheets because this was a one bedroom with two double bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room and you said no. While this unit was smaller than the unit you rented it is a nice clean property right across the street from the beach and has a large heated pool and that I lived on property if you had any needs and I would let you know when the A/C was fixed the next day. The next morning you contacted me and asked when the A/C would be fixed and I said between 12 and 1 pm. You then asked if you found another property of your liking would we refund you in full and I said yes. When the A/C was fixed (before noon) I called you and asked if you wanted to move back to the property or would like a refund and you said you would go back to the property. It goes without saying that sometimes things break and it is beyond our control however we have a great service record and great service partners that make things right fast. I think if you were to sit back and re-evaluate the timely service and relocating you for the night in all honesty we were very prompt to your needs and addressed everything including a refund in full if you wanted. Typically refunds take 5 to 7 business days and we wait to start that process after you check out of the unit you have rented. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations as a rental company and in personal, timely compassionate service. Kind Regards, Bill
