This apartment is part of a larger structure (four apartments) used as a holiday home, it has been recently renovated and totally sustainable. The apartments are completely independents. The peculiar characteristic of the entire structure is self-sustainability in connection with nature.

First floor house: specifically, it is an open space with wood floor that can accommodate up to 4 people. The double bed is in the mezzanine.
Each element of design is perfectly integrated into the landscape. In support of the environment, the techniques were used for self-sustainability and photovoltaic solar energy, heating and cooling completely natural. Privacy, elegance, attention to detail and respect for nature and the environment are the key concepts that characterize the philosophy of the dwelling.
The kitchen has fridge, freezer, oven and stove. It is connected with the living area and the sleeping area. In the external part there is a orchard completely organic, a Sardinian oven where you can cook homegrown delicacies, and paths that lead directly into the forest.
The distance from any busy road make this place even habitat of deer and wild boar.
From mid-August to October, the forest becomes a theater of the reproductive activity of deer. Seated comfortably on the terrace you will hear the bell that deer males emit to attract females and mark their territory to remove rivals. Listen to the bell is a unique and exciting, especially at night.

The area doesn't allow signal telephone reception. You have to move from the main road for 3.4 km and then you can reach the part of the park called Coroleddu where you will get telephone signal.
Sono nato a Cagliari quasi trentanni fa. Vivo in una cittadina dell'hinterland del capoluogo sardo dopo aver girovagato un po per l'Europa. Infatti, dopo la prima esperienza all'estero fatta grazie all'Erasmus (a Coimbra, PT ) non sono più stato fermo. Oltre ai numerosi viaggi (molti dei quali in solitaria) ho vissuto per un po di tempo (nuovamente) in Portogallo, e poi in Spagna e Olanda tornando in Sardegna appena mi era possibile.
In questi anni son passato dall'essere studente universitario a lavoratore freelance.
Sono incuriosito dalle cose nuove e quindi conoscere, ma allo stesso tempo amo condividere la mia splendida terra e far vivere all'ospite la vera essenza.
