ABOUT STUDIO SPACE #1:
This open floor plan is the original 1926 home. We combined the former living and dining areas to create this charming studio. With two large areas, there is ample room for sleeping, serving dinners, work space, reading by the ivy covered windows, yoga practice, or just relaxing.
Comfy queen bed, two side tables with reading lamps that have USB plug-ins. Selection of additional blankets in chest.
There is a dining table with chairs for four people. It is a drop-leaf table and can be opened to seat eight people. This also doubles for a work surface and there is an easily accessible power strip. If two people need individual work spaces then additional tables and lamps are available on request.
Fast fiber Wifi. Wireless printer. Selection of power cords available on request.
A great spot for morning tea or coffee. Books, magazines, and local guides and information are there for browsing.
Yoga mats, frisbees, horseshoes, corn hole, beach towels, and tennis rackets for your enjoyment.
Studio is one block from Liberty Park. This is the oldest and most famous park in Salt Lake City. People go there to enjoy the grass and cool shade trees for lawn games and barbequing. Sports such as jogging, bicycling, swimming, tennis, rowing, horseshoes and volleyball, have always been an important part of Liberty Park.

Our neighborhood is a unique and fun place to walk, shop, dine or just spend an afternoon. 9th and 9th is often a first choice and a popular place to live for young successful individuals looking for a diverse place to call home.

In 2016 we enjoyed 10 other AirBnB homes across the country and in Mexico.
Our experience was so great that when we returned to Salt Lake City we decided to host at our home. We took all of our favorite elements and incorporated them into a guest experience we hope guests will enjoy.
