Entire three-bedroom apartment in a classic 1909 Chicago-style two-flat. The diverse, safe neighborhood is close to everything you need, with the CTA Blue line, Pace bus, Divvy bikes, grocery store and restaurants less than a block away.
Taking a cue from the '70s-era kitchen, we added fun and funky retro details—and oranges and purples—wherever we could. Living room, dining room and kitchen are spacious; bedrooms and bathroom are cozy. Oak floors throughout except for kitchen (Marmoleum) and bathroom (ceramic tile). Dining room table expands to seat 12. Kitchen has an eat-in area as well.
You will have the whole first floor apartment with a separate entrance. There are common areas—front porch, vestibule and back yard—where you might meet me, my son and our large, friendly dog. We live upstairs, where we also have a cat. In the back yard are two beehives—ask about a beeyard tour!
