GREAT LOCATION for UF and other EVENTS! Updated, easy access, comfortable, ten minutes to UF, Archer Road FIVE minutes away with new Butler North shopping and restaurants, near new Bass Pro and under construction outlet stores plus nearby museums, UF Health/Shands Hospital, Payne's Prairie, and more! Two kayaks are available for you to borrow during your stay!
About 1.5 miles from I-75 Williston Road exit to the east.
Master Bedroom--queen bed; upstairs
Other Bedroom--double bed with twin mattress in the closet to pull out; upstairs
LARGE full bath upstairs between bedrooms
Living Room Sofa--one could sleep here comfortably
There is a lounge chair with comfy cushion that could be brought in (or just the cushion) if you need another "bed".
You will have access to all room and amenities. There is a pet door in the laundry room and a gate to block pets into the kitchen/laundry room areas.
Two kayaks and paddles are in the backyard; life jackets with required whistles are in the laundry room. I transported them in a hatchback and my friend uses the trunk of her Camry to carry hers. Many good springs to explore plus Lake Santa Fe in Melrose.
I welcome guests to use my Keurig coffee/tea maker (please limit yourself to one cup a day). There's also a regular coffee pot.
You are welcome to use the shampoos, soaps, conditioner, lotion, band-aids, neosporin, and acetaminophen/caffeine/aspirin headache tablets, etc. in the bathroom. There are also razors if you forget your own!
You can also use my olive oil, condiments, and spices if you cook. I drink tap water because it tastes fine and don't like using bottled water because often it is from springs or is tap water itself plus plastic is not environmentally friendly.
Общение с гостями
I have a lockbox on the door with the house key. If I'm in town, I'll be available to come by unless I'm out of town. Otherwise, I'm just a phone call away and have someone who can drop by if there are issues.

My two dachsies and flat-face Persian cat keep me company--and never argue:) I have two grown children who I miss because two live in California and one in New Orleans. I'm a reading resource teacher and teach English online in China before heading to the school where I teach. I like water sports, reading, and music. I love nature!
