The reason was that your question was 11 days prior to your arrival, which is a bit more than than when I usually give these instructions, as I have a keybutler to coordinate with. Of course that doesn't excuse not replying immediately.
For future reference, you can be sure that your booking has been confirmed when having instant booked. Everything goes via Airbnb, so there is no need to worry. At least not when you have booked with a superhost with almost only 5-star reviews.
I have already addressed the issue regarding limited hanging space. I wish you would have addressed this problem upon your arrival so I could have resolved it.
