I never gave a bad review before, but not this time. I am an objective man. This bad review is not for the house, but for the owner of the house. Maybe, one day, you may have the same experience as we did. I hope you could avoid it.
After we checking out, the owner asked for an extra 250 dollars. For what reason? Because we did not replace one glass in the bathroom, we did not replace the chair back to the balcony, we got three tissue on the floor, we did clean the kitchen but forgat to remove a small oil stain on the cooking bench.
The owner said we need to pay 250 dollars for those things. ( the price for one night is 199) Because he said to replace them, took his cleaner 7 hours! When I asked what is the original 75 clean fee for? He never responded. We said 250 is too much and asked him to let Airbnb intervene. The next day, he may think 250 is too much, so he offered a new price of 200 and added we have damaged a wall. So this time the price is reasonable because of the wall. If we are not willing to pay, he will write a bad review on me. But we never did it. and also the trail on the floor, because of a long time pressure from the desk. He thought all the bad things in his house, came from us. And apparently, he thought we are fool and easy to get money from.
