This two-floor condo has everything you'd need! The location was within walking distance to multiple train stations (JR Yamanote line and the Tokyo Metro Mita line, as well as bus stops), and was close to a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, a market street with many vendors and larger retail stores like Seiyu. Nobusuke and Soichiro were very quick to respond to any questions we had (often including photos or video clips to assist), but there were very helpful notes throughout the place with instructions and a detailed house manual. All essentials including kitchen items and toiletries were provided, and the washing machine was very useful for our three-week stay. The building is very quiet but there is no elevator, so you must be able to climb four floors of stairs to access the apartment. Inside the apartment there is a narrow staircase to access the second floor (with bedroom & bathroom), and it has no guard rail. Because of these stairs I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is elderly or has young children.
