You may call us AC866 local code 677 & last 5921. Gulf and Bay views from this signature resort building. 2 level living includes 2 bedrooms, with King bed, queen bed and private bathrooms. Upstairs is kitchen with beautiful maple cabinets and all the amenities expected plus more. Large flat panel TV. Building has it all, pool and hot tub new 2007(refurbished 2016), exercise room, sun deck,tennis courts,racquetball courts, table tennis, sauna, and a short walk thru private entrance to beach.

Our property is registered and in good standing with the City of SouthPadre Island. Permit332953.
Directions: From Highway 100 in Port Isabel: Continue West across the Queen Isabella causeway onto South Padre Island. Turn Left on Padre Blvd (this is the first left turn you can make). Now you’re headed North. After the 2nd stoplight, on the right, you will see McDonalds, Que Padre, then a drive to Comfort Inn. Right after the comfort inn driveway you will turn right. You will be on the south side of the building marked as Sunchase Suites. You’ll see security gate in front of you with a keypad for you to call Sunchase office.
Check in and Check Out: Don’t worry about late arrival. From the front gate you call the number listed for Beachfront and identify yourself as staying in 907 Sunchase IV. Once in the gate turn left immediately, if you want to get your luggage out of the car now drive straight thru the parking lot and turn right passing on the north side of the building. There’s a ramp there and the luggage racks are on the side of the ramp further up. When finished unloading you must drive back around the building and park anywhere between the building and the fence and spaces immediately north or south of these spaces. Do not park in the spaces on Gulf side of the building. Once parked you may proceed immediately to the condo. Use the entrance to the North tower (Left as you face building).
Take elevator to 9th floor and turn right to 907. Once you are at our door you will need to enter the 10 to 12 digit code and the pound(#) sign to open the door. You may add your personal access code for our condo by following the instruction contained below.
On the entry table you will find:
A car parking hangtag. Take this immediately to your car.
A car gate opening card
3 pedestrian gate fobs for gates to Boulevard (Beach gates have keypad and use code 1010# but this may change and new codes will be on lobby bulletin boards)
If one or more of these are missing call toll free (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Please take the hangtag to your car immediately to avoid being towed or booted.
Check in time is 3:00, check out time is 10:00. Your access code will only work starting at 3:00 on your arrival day and will stop working at 10:00 on your departure day. You will be charged $25.00 for each black key fob, parking tag, or gate opener that is not returned to entrance table upon your check out.
If you have problems call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) if possible. If we can not be reached, the Beach Front desk (3 story building between tower and beach), night guards or HOA administration (in south tower) may be able to help.

We hope you are looking forward to your stay in our condo on beautiful South Padre Island, Texas. Following is some information you will need for your stay. We suggest you print this letter and take it with you. You can email us or call us with any questions.
Email (EMAIL HIDDEN) call toll free (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). You
can use this number before, during, or after your stay. We are in the same time zone as the condo. If we are unavailable when you call please leave a message. If there’s an emergency in the condo and you cannot get us please contact the Beach Front desk (3 story building between tower and beach) (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), night guards (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or Homeowners association (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or maintenance (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Please keep in mind that if there’s an emergency that you caused (you locked yourself out of the condo) you will be charged the cost of the repair, with a minimum of $25 per call
Rules(URL HIDDEN)Condo Basics:
The condo is 2 levels, you will enter on the 9th floor. There you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with queen bed and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom opens onto small patio with a view of the bay, beautiful sunsets, and the Queen Isabella causeway to the mainland. Each bedroom has 2 closets, approx 28” wide each. There’s a table top ironing board and iron stored in the closet. We encourage you not to use these, as the island is very casual and it’s your vacation! There’s also an internet connection in the largest bedroom, or you can use it wirelessly and it’s FREE. The internet connection is named 907sunchase and the password is beach907
Occupancy is strictly limited to 6 people. If more than 6 people (including children and babies) occupy the condo you may be evicted with no refund of payment. Overnight guests are considered occupants.
This condo building does not allow pets with renters and our condo is non- smoking. You may smoke on our balcony but please use the ashtrays provided. Trash can be taken to the trash chute by the elevator down the other hallway. Large items can be taken to the trash room on the ground floor to the right of the entrance to the elevator lobby.
There are thermostats for the air conditioning or heating both in the large bedroom and in the living room. Please use these with electric bills in mind. Even though you don’t pay for electricity it does effect what we have to charge all renters. And never leave any of the sliding doors open.
Additional Condo Rules and Regulations: There are rules posted on the inside of the entrance door and below. If all of these are not followed you may be evicted without refund of rent.
During July, Spring Break and Holiday Weekends wrist bands are usually required to access pools and other amenities. These (6 max) are included in your rent and may be obtained from the Homeowners office in the 1st floor south tower or from the guards.
Upstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining space with table, and living room. The living room has a futon for extra sleeping. There’s also a laundry room and half bath. And here’s the highlight of the condo: the view from the balcony. You will find some staples left in the pantry. We encourage guests to feel free to leave any non perishable food that they buy and do not want to take with them in the pantry for other guests. There’s also salt, pepper, and some basic spices. Of course you’ll find plates, flatware, bowls, glasses, mugs, pots and pans. Appliances include coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, electric grill as well as George Forman type grill, food chopper.
Linens, towels(not beach towels), toilet paper, soap, etc. are provided. We also leave beach chairs, noodles for the pool, an umbrella, and ping pong equipment. If you use these and loose or ruin them please replace them for later visitors. They are all inexpensive but nice to have.
In the complex outside your own condo you’ll find:
• Beautiful pool and hot tub completed in Feb of 2007
• Exercise room refurbished April 2009 (1st floor North tower)
• Sauna (first floor North tower)
• Ping Pong Tables (2nd floor North tower)
• Library, lounge, meeting area (2nd floor center)
• Sun Deck (7th floor center)
• Racquetball Courts (1st floor North tower)
• The Beach (of course)
One big suggestions for your first day: go to the visitors center, which is a couple of blocks south of the condo on the same side of the street, and pick up info on good things to do and some menus from restaurants. There’s usually a coupon book there too. Also available online (URL HIDDEN)
Housekeeping: When you arrive the condo will be fully prepared for you. You may use the laundry facilities to wash sheets or towels as needed. If you need any additional item please contact Beach Front front desk (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Please note there may be additional charges for some services which you will need to arrange with the Beach Front front desk. Please use body wash(supplied) in the master bedroom shower instead of bar soap to avoid etching the glass.
Care and Condition: This condo is owned by Emil and Linda Larson, please respect our possessions that are in the condo for your use. Do not remove anything from this condo. Please do not move any furniture to the deck, it is furnished with chairs, table, and lounge chair. Please follow the instructions on how to open and close the vertical blinds as improper use may damage them.
Security: Please keep your condo door locked all the time. When everyone is there we recommend you also use the dead bolt. Do not leave your valuables unsecured. Neither the building management nor the owners are responsible for any loss.

Dish washer works best wine set to High temp wash, heated dry and Heavy duty and use Finish powerball brand
Washing machine requires HE style detergent
Vertical blinds can easily become misaligned if doors are opened with blinds in closed position. Also, blinds will not function properly if not set perpendicular to window(chain) before opening or closing(cord).
Refrigerator has filtered water and ice in the door, also reverse osmosis water is available in a room on the ground floor(ask for directions from the staff). The refrigerator makes a limited amount of ice and you may need to purchase if you need a coolers worth.
Freezer should be set to 0 degrees and refrigerator to 37 degrees.
If you have a lot of luggage there is an unload area and ramp on the north Gulf side of the building with luggage carts by the building. (do not park on Gulf side of building)
Trash chute is just past the elevator lobby on our floor
If you want to use sauna or health club which is in the north tower just north of elevators you will need to get a key from lobby, Home owners office or guard.
Racquetball courts are in North tower down hallway from Health club You can use the front pool as well as the pool next to our building
Building Entrance: Use North Elevator Tower entrance
Condo Entrance: The code to enter our condo was supplied to you via email. If you can’t find this code call us at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and we will supply you with a new code (please be advised we are not always immediately available). To enter: Key in your 10 to 12 digit code and the pound sign (#). Don’t forget the #. Note after each keystroke the green light will flash and after the # you will here a mechanical sound. Door will relock in approximately 5 seconds. If you get a red light, you will have to wait about 30 seconds for it to clear so you can try again.
Personal Code: To create your personal code; Hold the star key (*) until the green light is solid, while green light is lit enter the 10 to 12 digit access code, hit pound (#), enter your own 3 to 5 digit code, hit pound (#). Both codes should now be active for your stay. Please, test to make sure your code is working.
